By accessing our website or using our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

By providing your phone number to TooClean, you consent to receive text messages regarding your appointments, account updates, and other relevant service communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance.

2. Services

TooClean provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Cache Valley and surrounding Utah areas, including:

  • Regular home cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Office cleaning
  • Custom cleaning packages

3. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone, website form, or email. We will confirm each booking within 24 hours, typically via text message or email.

Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid fees.

Rescheduling: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.

4. Pricing and Payment

Quotes: Provided before your first cleaning based on space, service type, and specific needs.

Payment: Due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made.

Methods: Cash, check, or major credit cards accepted.

Price Changes: We may update our rates with prior notice before your next scheduled service.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide a safe and accessible environment for our cleaning team.
  • Remove or secure valuables and fragile items before arrival.
  • Ensure pets are secured during service.
  • Provide property access at the scheduled time.
  • Communicate any special instructions or cleaning preferences in advance.

6. Liability and Insurance

TooClean is fully insured and bonded. Our liability coverage protects against accidental damage caused by our team while performing services.

If you discover any damage, notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and, if applicable, resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or insurance coverage.

We are not liable for damage to unsecured or pre-existing defective items, or for delays or interruptions in service caused by factors outside our control, including phone carrier or messaging delivery failures.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional cost.

8. Confidentiality and Security

We respect your privacy and your property. All team members are thoroughly screened and trained to maintain confidentiality. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with any client at any time, including but not limited to situations involving:

  • Unsafe or hazardous working conditions
  • Inappropriate behavior toward our team members
  • Non-payment or repeated late payments
  • Excessive cancellations or no-shows

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, and logos—is the property of TooClean and may not be reproduced or redistributed without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TooClean shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
